The 2nd Annual South Central Opioid Summit will be a 2-Day event that takes place in (Bloomington) Monroe County, Indiana. Those who live outside of our county are encouraged to attend and stay overnight at many of our downtown hotels surrounding the Convention Center. Parking onsite at the convention center is available for all attendees.
Courtyard Bloomington 310 S College Ave, Bloomington IN (812) 335-8000 or 1-800-228-9290 has reserved 20 rooms for both nights at a reduced room rate of $129.00/night + all applicable taxes. You MUST state Opioid Summit when scheduling to obtain the reduced rate.
This event brings the best and brightest together to examine issues around Harm Reduction, Medication Assisted Treatment, Abstinence Based Treatment, The Criminal Justice System’s Approach, Housing First Models, Overdose Prevention, Legislative Issues, Supporting Families and MUCH MORE! This year we offer a hands on project planning session, and more opportunities to network!

If you register for BOTH days at the time of registration, the cost is only $75.00 for both days!
Day One will include keynote speakers, a legislative panel, breakout sessions, and more information will be announced soon! We also plan to host a networking dinner in the evening!

Community Partner: $150.00: You will receive 1 two day ticket to the summit, and your name in the summit program.
Bronze: $300: You will receive a Summit Table at the event, 2 two day tickets to the summit, and have your name or organization on the program that will go to all guests.
Silver: $500: You will receive a Summit Table at the event , your name or organization will be on the program and poster, 3 two day tickets to the event and a thank you bag with local goodies.
Gold: $1000: You will receive a Summit Table at the event , your name or organization will be on the program and poster, your name or organizations name will be headlined on one of the panels, 4 two day tickets to the event and a thank you bag with local goodies.
Diamond: $2500: You will receive a Summit Table at the event , your name or organization will be on the program and poster, verbal acknowledgement of your organization during the plenary and keynote sessions, 5 two day tickets to the event and a thank you bag with local goodies.
Platinum: $5000: You will receive a Summit Table at the event , your name or organization will be on the program and poster, verbal acknowledgement of your organization during the plenary and keynote sessions, 6 two day tickets to the event and a thank you bag with local goodies.
If you are able to make a larger donation, we will gladly accept that and discuss terms of that donation. Please note that any funds that are received in excess of our expenses for this event will be donated to local organizations in need that are providing evidence based programming to fight the opioid epidemic. This funding decisions will be made by the Commissioner appointed Opioid Commission and decisions will be made public.
